Window screen stains

Any advice on how to remove stains from window screens? I've tried windex, dish soap, clr, lemon juice, nothing has worked. The first picture shows white staining, and the second picture shows little spots.

New screen material? Seriously though you've tried everything that I've ever done. If it's just weathering and clean, maybe you could add some color? A very light coat of spray paint might do the trick.

It's for a neighbor, I'm doing some cleaning for him. I have installed new screens before, so that is an option.

I wasn't very clear with my thoughts in my last post. Since it's for my neighbor, my first preference is cleaning. If all else fails, I will run painting or rescreening by him, because those are good ideas. I have at least 5 screens of his that look like this.

Try a degreaser but i think you might end up painting or replacing. Mean green would be my suggestion..but wear gloves and test small spot first.
