Help: Pennzoil Tune-X ???

I came across this bottle in the west Texas desert.
Problem I am having, is that I can find no reference it was ever produced.
Anyone ever seen/heard of it? When was it made? I believe it is from the late 30's/early 40's

Send an email to Pennzoil w/pics.
Tell them you just used the last drops of your Pennzoil Tune-X and need more.
If they tell you to check west Texas desert, let them know you already did.
