Looks to me like you'd have no issue running the full 10K miles with this oil or something like vanilla Mobil 1. I vote for what I do with my Fords, use a quality full syn & quality filter & follow the OLM.
It isn't an F-150 BTW...
While I'd normally advocate following the iOLM, this one isn't all that i, it tracks nearly exactly 10% per 1000 miles regardless of use.
It has another load of Motorcraft blend with a FL500s.
