my son has one, need to haul a long rug
will the front PASSENGER seat come out easily?

Typically held by 4 bolts - one at each corner. Be careful with air bag connector and power seat (if used) connector.

Why not tilt the front seat back in recline mode and then fold the middle row forward and then the rear seats fold into the floor?

I used to do that with my Sienna.

Or just stack a couple ice coolers in the center
