HTSS_TR nailed it. Fram/Supertech xx3593A is the oversize for xx7317. They even have similar bypass ratings. However, check for clearance on your engine; xx3593A, while sharing the same gasket diameter, has a greater overall circumference that might not fit on some of the newer Hondas for various reasons.
The 3593A won't fit on your Civic. It's too fat, no room to go in the cutout space for the filter:
