Diary of an LG B450 phone
12-29-2015 Purchased a LG450 phone from Wal-mart, 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
Phone worked fine until 4/17-2016
4/20/2016called LG requesting repair, screen not working.
4/22/2016 LG repair facility acknowledged receipt of phone.
4/22-2016 LG repair returning REPAIRED PHONE.
4/23/2016 Received REPAIRED PHONE .
4/30/2016 requested phone repair, screen not working,
5/3/2016 LG repair facility acknowledged receipt of phone.
5/3/2016 LG repair returning REPAIRED PHONE
5/5/2016 received REPAIRED PHONE
5/13/2016 called LG requesting repair, screen not working.
Was assured that a replacement phone would be provided.
5/16/2016 FedX confirmed delivery.
5/18/2016 called LG, repair facility had not opened box yet.
5/20/2016 called LG repair facility, informed that it takes 5-7 business days for phone repair.
5/25/2016 LG facility acknowledged receipt of phone.
6/1/2016 Called LG Repair facility shipped SAME PHONE out yesterday.
I was told that the Supervisor, “on the phone” that they could make decisions and answered to the LG CEO.
Through this “Experience” I have spent about 2.5 hours on phone HOLD.
I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY LG PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE.
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT BE DESCRIBED HERE.
I would be censured.
The problem is NOT FedX it is LG.
