Must be a top notch product.

Just a warning for those who don't want to have a force fed OS.

Microsoft has faced criticism for changing the pop-up box encouraging Windows users to upgrade to Windows 10.

Clicking the red cross on the right hand corner of the pop-up box now activates the upgrade instead of closing the box.

I avoided the 10 download for several weeks, even shutting down my PC when I was away from my desk. Then low and behold one day when I forgot to shut it down, the 90 minute 10 download started and could not be stopped.

At least I was able to also download Windows Live, which I used as my email client in Windows 7. All in all, 10 seems OK except for not being compatible with my 9 year old Lexmark printer, soon to be trashed.

I just dislike Microsoft telling me when I must do something.

Unless it is open source, in which case it exists to serve everyone rather than take from everyone.

Slightly off-topic, I saw this today on Reddit: apparently Microsoft is using Ubuntu to host its .NET documentation!:
