My 7 year old Canon MX330 printer is in need of replacement. Where might I find a reliable source of printer information, that would enable me to make an intelligent purchase? Thank you. Ed

I use the Brother HL-L2380 DW

You can also purchase a color laser printer as well.

I dont use inkjet printers anymore, they are a waste of money anymore IMO.

I hate buying the things. Seems like they aren't durable.

Just got a brother HLL2320D from staples for $60. B&W Laser, 700 pages on the starter cartridge. A 2000 page cartridge is $65 or so.

I could spend more and get just as much of a turkey.

I really came to like the small desktop HP laserjet printers we used at work. They print in black and white or grey shade only. We printed probably 30-40 pages a day, 365 days a year, and the printers lasted about 5 or 6 years before they needed replacing. They were very durable and Toner was affordable.

If you need color, will probably have to look at an ink jet option.

They have color laser printers, not sure why you'd need an inkjet.

We have an HP color laser printer. Picked it up off of Tiger direct cheap. Works better than anything else we have had in the last 20 years. I can print to it from anything including my phone from work 20 miles away.

For home we use brother monochrome laser printers.

Toner is 10 dollars, drum is 10 dollars.

Used the same one for 5 years. Use one toner per year and one drum every 2-3 years.
