76 is a good oil. I have been using It in my 5.4 ford truck. At $26 a case it's a good price too.

You are throwing away good oil.

If you chose to..you could easily do 10K miles.

Great motor and great used oil.

You could defy factory OCI's further, and I would've considered a 7K/10K mi OCI

That's not consumption. My Honda sucks down 0w20 at about a quart per 2k. Which is why I run 5w30 or 5w40 (doesn't hardly use a drop) during the non winter months.

Did you change the air filter? I see your sodium went down a lot on this report, and so did your iron levels. Can you attribute that to anything?
