It's that time of the year when the boss gives pay raises to employees. It's been between 3-5% every year to each person. Everyone gets the same increase to avoid any bickering as to why Sally got a half % more than Tom (and someone goes Postal, LOL just kidding). This year everyone gets 4.6% whether you have 2 or 25 years with the company.
