Can you guys identify the stir-fry pan Jamie Oliver is using in this video ?

Yes, it is the large round thing on the burner; that metal thing with a handle.

Judging by the handle, it's a Jamie Oliver Professional Series Wok by TeFal. I have Stainless Pots/Pans from the same series (5 years old) and they are great.
