Looks great for a jobber type filter from Rock Auto.

Metal end caps, Crimped Media....no tears, Nitrile ADBV, Coil Spring.

Best Regards,

Scott

I got 3-4 of these from RockAuto about a year ago for slightly over a buck a piece. These filters were for the three Jeeps that I own. I think I still have one in use. The price was right, the media looks good, but you just really don't know the specs on it. In the past year, none of the engines expired, so I guess they did their job. It's just that I won't be ordering any more of them.

Fine looking filter. I bet it did its job just fine and probably could have gone farther. Anyway, for less than 2 bucks, that was a great buy.

Im going to go look at Rockauto now

Thanks

In what way, Sparky?

By the looks of this filter it seems to be well made and certainly looks to have great flow by the nice size of the oil holes on the center tube and the base plate.
