Hey gang its been a great while since my last post.
I have my 2002 Mitsubishi Galant ES 2.4L.

to make a long story short. my vehicle for a while started to feel sluggish. it would not accelerate well, and the MPG has gone down. it runs like poop to be honest. when i would hit the express way it felt like it was going to stall while still in motion. as soon as a accelerated from a stop sign if i gave it to much gas it would actually stall.

i scanned for codes and so far this is what came up.

P0300
P0421
P0453
P0453
P0113
P0102

does anyoe have any idea on where to begin, and how to furhter solve my issue.? thanks in advance

Quick google search:

Well, P0102 is MAF sensor low. I would start there. A goofy MAF will throw everything else off.
You can take it out and try cleaning it, but it may need replaced.

P0102 MITSUBISHI
Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input

P0113 MITSUBISHI
Intake Air Temperature Sensor High Input

P0421 MITSUBISHI
Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold- Cylinders 1-4

P0453 MITSUBISHI
EVAP System Pressure Sensor High Input

P0300 - Random Misfire Detected

Start with the mass airflow sensor as that could cause several of those codes.

Clean it/check wiring/replace if needed
Clean with maf cleaner not brake cleaner

Do you happen to have a K&N air filter?

Did this replace the factory airbox assembly by chance?

when i first bought the car it was already replaced. but i did switch the air filter cone from the normal regular cone to the more shallow cone.

It is quite possible this filter/these filters contaminated the MAF. Which I believe is what Rand was digging at.
