Another one of my "victims" from the Lowe's clearance. A Fram PH7317 priced at 62 cents.

The whole thing

The seam is a little sloppy

Some minor wavyness

A little bit of uneveness

Typical cardboard endcaps and round center holes

Nothing near the quality of a Tough Guard. I don't think this looks very good. I wouldn't worry about it failing, just wouldn't use them.

That is one filter i'd never use. It looks really poorly made I would stay clear away from that one.

.62 to cut it open great but i would never use it
I Won't Use Oil Filters With Louvers.Also Not A Fan Of Oil Jugs That Don't Have A Security Inner Seal..Presently Using Fram Ultra & Mobil 1 5w20/30
