I need to fill a faulk omnibox wormgear with oil and I'm having a hard time finding the oil listed by the manufacturer. The drive is oversized for it's application, loaded slowly by a VFD, the primary shaft never exceeds 1000 rpms, and its ran for 20 minutes max a week. Could i get away with easier to find oii? If so, what would you recommend?

Ratio: 5:1
HP: 1.2 (Powered by half horse power motor)

Manufacture recommended oil:

Oh nuts... I sent the list "Typical Petroleum Based R & O Lubricant Recommendations" to the retailer that supplies us w/ oil at work, and all of those came in 15 to 55 gallon drums. I just called and asked about mobil SCH 634 and they can get it in 32 oz containers. Mcmaster carr also sells it in 32 oz containers for a reasonable price.

Thanks
