That's a nicely done installation.

The old hot rodder who first helped me install a manual oil pressure gauge used copper tubing, but bent some spirals into it at the engine--to reduce vibration he said.

I can't imagine vibration being a problem in your application, though. The cooler is solidly mounted and connected only to rubber hose.

I agree. Copper helps oxidize oil, it acts as a catalyst.
