Does prolong additive work ?

Came across this on the web the other day and was interested as to whether this does what it promises. I know that the federal trade commission was going after them, has anyone used this before?

Prolong Engine Treatment
Unique, superior patented formula
Metal treatment, not an oil additive.
Protects against extreme pressure friction and helps reduce heat
A well-lubricated, efficient engine can optimize fuel economy
Optimum performance where it is needed most, in intense, high-pressure metal-to-metal contact
Compatible with all standard and synthetic motor oils and additives
Add convenient, 12-ounce initial treatment at the time of or in between oil changes

Prolong Fuel System Treatment
Effective for at least 3,000 miles
Helps clean the entire fuel system, including injectors for optimum performance and fuel efficiency
A clean fuel system can significantly contribute to low exhaust emissions and fuel economy
Compatible with all grades of gasoline
For best results, add to an almost empty fuel tank prior to filling

Hey Buddy, Don't waste your money and damage your engine. Read this web link....and decide for yourself if you wanna put this CR@P in your engine. There are some people out there that still think this junk will "PROLONG" engine life.

Just do a web search and you will find that the FTC is suing all these companies that make Slick 50, Motorup, Prolong......etc.

The fact that additives like this and slick 50 are actually still on the market just shows how many people there are out there that do not see all the law sutes there are on these products.

In a word or two, RUN, RUN, RUN!!!
