I noticed that Rockauto, AdvanceAutoparts and Autozone do not have a pcv valve listed for the 2007 Toyota Sienna. Is there no valve, only a straight tube? Is there any part to replace or monitor to help the engine run cleaner like the pcv valve in previous generation Siennas?

I can't speak to Toyotas but i own several GM products with no PCV.

They use a metered orifice in the throttle body. I'm sure yours is similar.

Yes, cars are getting easier that way.

I've seen some where the PCV valve is a stub threaded into the top of the block skirt, with a short hose plumbed to the intake manifold (GM Vortec 4.2L I6).

Ecotec 2.2's have no serviceable/visible valve what so ever. It's all ported internally to the intake manifold. I'm not sure if all Ecotecs are that way though.

So does this stub need replacing or cleaned?

I don't recall hearing of anyone needed to service it. If you count out the 6 runners on the plastic intake manifold, it's smack-dab in middle, aiming down, then 90deg to the orifice on the block.
