Something similar happened here NJ, specifically Totowa/Paterson where someone stole a police car.

He did pretty good for a while there, they usually wipe out within the first couple minutes.

The 42 minute one is scary. The guy rides on the rims the last several minutes, the sound is deafening from inside the cabin.
