I really want to try Polar LifeTime Antifreeze + Coolant.

Polar LifeTime Antifreeze + Coolant (no 2-EHA same as Peak Global)

Never seen Polar antifreeze in any stores in So Cal.

Polar LifeTime is similar to Peak Global, and Peak Global can be found at NAPA for reasonable price of around $16-17 a gallon concentrate. Why bother looking for a non-available antifreeze anywhere locally ?

It's all about saving money. Using Polar LongLife as an example, it costs about $9/jug whereas Peak Long Life sells for about $13/jug. It should be safe to assume Polar LifeTime would sell for less than Peak Global.

My NAPA does not stock Peak Global and has to special order it. It costs $18/jug. That gets expensive servicing several vehicles.

I usually buy either Peak or Preston All-Makes when they are on sale and with rebate(s), the cost after rebate(s) usually around $3-4 a gallon concentrate which is a little as you can get now a day.

I bought 2 gallons concentrate Zerex for about $38 tax included from NAPA and used 1.5 gallons in E430. Since it will be in the car for 5-6 years, cost per year is about $5-6 which is very little.

If I can buy Polar LifeTime easily at local stores I may do, but driving around looking for it to save few bucks and wasting 2-3 times gas money doesn't make sense.

Oh I agree. I wouldn't waste time looking for it. I just thought it was cool it was offered. It just needs to be stocked somewhere we can buy it at, lol.

Availability and price are why I am using Super Tech in everything now along with the fact that the stuff works fine.

Never seen it in this area. I'd be interested in the Polar Lifetime concentrate at < ~$16. But, local Napa can get PGL concentrate next day for ~$16.50.

Interesting though it's by Warren Distribution, makers of Super Tech Oil and Mag1. Never noticed the Polar AF products before, guess because I've never seen them.
