Any sources for empty 3 oz Grease Cartridge/Tubes?

I'm looking to buy a Mini pistol style grease gun based on convenience and storage. Some of my favorite greases are only available in the 14 oz tubes.

I'd like to find some empty, clean paper or plastic tubes that I could load with my own grease. Has anyone seen available?

I've been looking for a plastic cartridge for a long time with no luck. The paper ones can be refilled only so many times before they fall apart. I think I'll just buy the paper cartridges and change out the grease inside them.

So have you been able to find paper tubes?

I found a site the sells plastic tubes, but the minimum order is $75. Sort of kills the deal.

what is the I.d. & o.d. of the tube ? maybe something like PVC pipe would work cut to the right length.

I've been looking for shipping tubes too, but haven't had much luck.

Can you just load the grease gun barrel with grease? i.e. without a grease tube. Most full size grease runs can have the plunger flipped around and be loaded with bulk grease.
