Hopefully I posted this in the right section. My uncle has a Baja Mini Bike (I think a 2008) and has always has QSGB 5w30 once per year, since it is not ridden much. Is this the best oil for the bike or would something be better? The model is either a Baja Mini Baja, or Baja MB200, both have the same 196c motor and hold appx. 3/4 qt. of oil to fill it up. TIA

Ideally, use the 15w-40.

In real life, it's not going to matter before something else causes the bike to be scrapped. Keep using the 5w-30 if it's common with other oils used in their household.

I have 2 Baja 90cc ATVs for the kids and I run Shell Rotella T Triple Protection 15w-40 in them. Since these machines have a wet clutch (meaning the engine and the clutch share the same oil) and Rotella is JASO MA certified (for wet clutches--no friction modifiers) and is fairly inexpensive, this oil fits the bill quite nicely.
