Like many on the forum, I can't stand drips on the driveway.
I noticed a couple of spotts under my 06 buick lucerne the other day and my first reaction was to blame it on the UPS delivery truck, cause my cars don't drip oil. Well I found a few more drops so I got jack out and got under the car laying on the snow and ice and searched for a source.

All I could find some fuid on and under the front center motor mount. Are these engine mounts filled with oil?

If it has a north star the front mount is in the same neighborhood as the filter adapter. The V6 may have a similar oil filter configuration.

Oil senders commonly leak and "O" rings for the filter adapter mount have been known to leak.

Finally got around to changing the front motor mount. It is fluid filled and was starting to leak badly. The leakage was rusty in color. It was a rather easy job. Only issue was the aftermarket part threading didn't like the stock nuts. Had to use alot of force to get the nuts threaded back on.
