What is "Highly refined mineral oil (C15 - C50)"

C15-C50 is just the number of carbon atoms in the chains.

The CAS number is not telling since there is no number... Id think it is a mix of group I, II and II+ balanced the right way to get solvency, deposit resistance and additive holding characteristics...

Thanks for the reply. Let's say there was a CAS number. How can this be used to figure out the group?
