Black light coolant detection?

any auto part store should have atleast the one for a/c system might have to cruise around for the coolant stuff. the light is usually the overpriced part. i just used one of thoose 2 dollar black light bulbs from halloween (think safeway has em year round) and screwed it into a drop light. worked great. no point in going fancy unless you really want too. just had to edit... i think regular green antifreeze itself may glow...somebody correct me if im wrong.

Might want to check if your coolant already has a UV dye in it by putting it under a black light. The coolant I've checked already does.

I just use a fluorescent blacklight that I got off of Ebay for something like $10.
