I got a 5L jug of this and wonder what it would be good for since I don't have a formula 1 car. The spec sheet says for "short to medium runs" Does this mean the additives deplete quickly?

This is some pretty pricey stuff, I saw prices of 75 Pounds, and 99 Euros for a 5L bottle.

I suppose it would be good for dirt bike transmissions.

Any ideas?

It doesn't sound like it is for synchronized manual transmissions.
Also not for wet clutches.
This looks like a specialty sauce that is best resold to someone who needs it.

I'm running it in my 1999 and 2001 Honda Accord 5 speed manual transmissions. Seems to be fine with synchros. A little slow going into first at a stop, but all other gears just snick.

Amazon has this fluid for $130 US for 5L. That's some pricey lube. Way to fancy for my Accord, but its working well. It seems just little bit higher viscosity than an MTF.

MechTech2 is quite correct and it would have been a good idea to come here first before purchasing an expensive short Race Hypoid (differential) lube.

It is not designed for synchronized transmissions because it does not have the correct additive package.

All info says for gearboxes and transmission. Also for medium length races.

That's quite a strong specs for a transmission, never mind there isn't a claim on GL4/5.

Are you referring to viscosity or something else?
