Optima. I've had one sit for 2 years and still start a car. They're simply the best IMO. I would check the specs - many times the red tops have a greater number of amp hour reserve than the yellow tops.

I've had 2 interstate batteries explode. I used to think they were a good brand - one was a black top, the other a green top.
