You could always try and take the oil back to where you bought it and trade it. I did that yesterday.

All I had to do was present the invoice.

Mobil 1 10W-30 will easily handle 0°F and there are no PPDs to possibly deplete over time/use. But as Ugly3 mentioned, Mobil 1 5W-30 would be the more ideal choice.
