Clean cycle at 60K then 60K-134K with out RX

A friend ran a clean and rinse cycle in the engine at 60K. Then has run Amsoil ASL from 60k-134K at about 6mth intervals to maybe max 10k miles. This was maybe 3-5 years ago ish.

This was done without running a maintenance dose. I am thinking of having her run another clean rinse cycle. I toyed with just having her run a maintenance dose.

Then onto the Maintenance Dose.

Well, unless the car is a bad sludger, that Amsoil has probably kept the engine pretty clean.

That's an often overlooked benefit to these good synthetics.

I would just stick to a quality synthetic oil like Amsoil.
