Honda Extreme Cold Weather Anti-freeze/Coolant

As far as I can tell from reading this, it's not any special new anti-freeze/coolant, it's just concentrated. By replacing a portion of the existing normal coolant with this anti-freeze/coolant, it bumps the ratio to 60%.

I guess Honda figures this is easier than draining and refilling the entire system with normal Honda Type II, with a 60% ratio antifreeze/coolant to water.

Gotta love Honda and their 'special' fluids.

Why not use a hydrometer to determine and to adjust appropriate coolant concentration by adding concentrate or adding or removing coolant? That's what I do. I use this model.
