MaxLife FE, is that Europe spec?

Hi,
Is the Valvoline Maxlife FE 5W-30 (FE = Fuel Economy) new or old stuff?
I can't find it on the Valvoline.com website.
There is some info on the Valvoline.nl site but not much.
Google found the product specs as an official Valvoline pdf.
Those specs say that it's a "premium synthetic blend motor oil" 10.2 cSt @ 100C, very different from all the current Maxlife 5W-30 oils, even the syn Maxlife.

I've been searching this site too, but the "word" FE doesn't help to filter out the normal Maxlife posts.
There are a LOT of Maxlife posts.......

Data for the Maxlife FE 5W30 lists it as an ACEA A1/B1/A5 API SJ oil;

probably an older blend with < 3.5 HTHS.

I allready found the pdf file

Anyway's... I bought some of this oil at a shop clearance and I figured it was the same Maxlife I was reading such good things about here on BITOG (high moly levels, etc.)
I'm not saying it isn't "good oil" but its NOT the Maxlife 5W-30 I see on the US Valvoline website as this oil is (a lot) thinner @ 100C.
