My former employer did have a color that was required to be worn into the hospital. It was not a harsh or difficult requirement to be met. .. However in this instance the school made a mistake in being WAY too particular about what colors should be a

I have an ecotec with this type of filter. I live in Canada and notice the filter distorts a lot more in winter. Maybe pulling thick cold oil pushes the media around. It unnerving for sure when i see it but the car has 225000kms on it so i imagine it

Good fo hear about the gas grade. I never understood how it might affect blow-by, but I'm not an engine guru. Thanks for the info. Another great data point

I'm sure it'll flop. This is an example of reinventing the wheel. " Nexcel allows most engines to circulate 2 fewer quarts of oil (level and quality monitors tell the unit when to meter spare oil from the reservoir into the sump so there’s alw

Read my reply in the other thread. At 13 years, it may be too late, but it really depends on the water in your area. You'll have a better idea once you take the rod out. It might also depend on how much hot water you use. I remember replacing 2 water

I've got a bunch of water heater in my rentals. At one point I was changing out 2-3 water heaters every year. A few years ago I put in about 8 anode rods. Initially I used an 18 inch breaker bar, but that didn't work for half of them. I ended up usin

I guess if you get a top of the line Mac they would be OK, but the low/mid range ones my wife buys seem slow-ish to start and then apple makes them slower with newer iOS and then eventually obsolete.

I have seen a slight puff of blue smoke once or twice on startup after sitting for a few days or more, so idk if the rings are stuck. Just replaced the spark plugs (there's 16 of them). Would like to avoid the hassle of a piston soak. Pcv is new.
