I had bought these 57045 Wix filters in bulk for my 16 Suburban. Wix has changed the filter to a different filter now. I still have 6. What to do?

If they were good to use before, aren't they still good to use? So my advise as to what to do, would be to use them as if nothing had been changed.

The bypass setting was upped to 22 psi with the new number.

I gave the old ones away. Probably won't hurt anything, but I moved on to the new bypass that is in the bulletin put out by GM.

^^^THIS^^^ There is a 99.99997% chance that using the 57045 will have no adverse effect. But if you aren't comfortable with the non-spec'd bypass you might ebay them or give them to a family member. My biggest gripe with the 57045 was that it was just a tic longer than the AC Delco oem and my cap wrench wouldn't clear the shield that is close to the bottom of the filter on the GMT trucks. The new WL10255 is slightly shorter than the 57045.
