It's Trico now that owns Fram.

How long have they owned Fram? Hopefully they don't turn Fram quality into the same quality of their garbage windshield wipers.

There's actually been several mega-corps-Honeywell, Allied-Signal, Rank Group, and now Trico. Trico hasn't hurt them badly yet, they may even be responsible for the Extra Guard/PH series upgrade to the silicone ADBV.
