Can't be done AFAIK with just what's shown. That's a fairly liberal nominal rating (probably the single pass).

Also, your beta numbers typically won't fall into 10um, 20um etc. "They is what they is" type thing at give efficiency levels. One filter may coincidentally be at a 10um level at the normal %'s
