Win11 - Alt+F4: How to default pull down back to Shut Down?

Since forever, the Alt+4 shortcut pull down menu default had been "Shut Down". A few days ago, the menu has somehow defaulted to "Switch User".

How did this happen and how do I set the default back to "Shut Down"?

Thank you. But following your path above, there is nothing regarding power buttons under system settings that I could find.

I went into the registry and set alt+f4 to default to "shut-down".

You could create a Desktop shortcut for Shut Down or Sleep and pin it to the taskbar.
