What tool does this punch fit?

Here is a picture of a punch. It doesn't fit an air hammer. What does it fit?

Looks like it could go in a drill based on the end but I don’t see a reason why it would go into a drill though.

I found it.

It fits a interchangeable quick fit punch and chisel set made by OTC #4605. You skip the punches or chisels in to a handle which makes it easier to hold. The set is in the low $50.
