Radiator if you can. Many newer cars you can only fill through the overflow tank, and it works just fine.
You cannot pull a vacuum on an overflow tank. Filling is done thru the radiator or a pressurized surge tank.
Apparently the Toyota 2GR-FKS V6 does not have a bleed valve like the previous version 2GR-FE. Service Manual says to squeeze upper and lower hoses to burp and operate at 2500 rpm. For $50 I can get a good enough vacuum refill kit for my use (maybe 2-3 times before my dirt bath, lol) so I will go that way. Plus it will be fun to try something new.
