I use spray wax mostly. Here in Florida it gets very extreme with the conditions and it requires frequent care. I wash my vehicles once every two weeks and they get Optimum Spray Wax applied. The Optimum has a combination of synthetic and natural wax.

OP, curious to know how you can see that the coating “baked off”? This is the first I recall seeing this term.
