Toyota Oil Filters at Walmart?

The one that fits our FJ let's the oil drain out overnight and then the timing chain rattles when started. The ocod stays full of oil so no rattles

Does Toyota claim an efficiency, micron and life numbers for their oil filters?

As is true for most if not all the OEM oil filters, efficiency ratings/number are proprietary, i.e., not published. If "life numbers" means how long they are warranted for, as with most filters, covered for the vehicle manufacturer's recommended fci.

As for topic, I'm quite confident the Toyota Thai Denso I purchased at WM to be authentic.

I heard walmart has a guy in the back painting chinese filters orange and labelling them FRAM. Heard from my uncles sisters cousins friends nephew.

Pair one of those up with a freshly returned bottle of Mobil 2, and you have a real special oil change.
