Throttle Body Post-Cleanup

Hi all,

After a throttle body clean, would it be advisable to run a fuel system cleaner in the gas tank to get rid of all the throttle body grease and grime from the combustion chamber/valves?

Don't see why not... I would also change the oil, in case some of that stuff makes it into the engine.
