As far as my truck I'm throwing out my whole theory on thicker oil = less pressure. I just got back the UOA from the last fill (that had high pressure) and it came back thick since I had topped off the 5w30 with 2qts of 0w40. I'm going with oil filter variances now.
Thicker oil=less psi?
