Suggestions for a cheap tripod

For use with a small point and shoot Canon digital camera. Need it to make cold start videos so I can place it behind the car towards the exhaust pipe, and in front towards the engine. Then I need it to make run and drive videos kind of looking over my shoulder looking at both the instrument cluster and out the windshield. Looking at these so far.

Go to Goodwill, lots of options there.

The Sunpack looks good. I recently picked up two nice ones at a garage sale for five dollars each. Craigslist might have something too.

The first style looks good for wrapping around a seatback or headrest but not high enough for exterior shots. Might need both styles.
