I have started my latest hobby of smoking/cooking on a Kamado Joe. I am now buying all kinds of spices and rubs. I got too many and can't figure out how
to store them. Do any of you have ideas? I have some small bags and about 50 bottles.

I've got a bunch of those small jars. I can get the packs arranged like kschachn. It's just all those jars. I don't have space on my wall in the kitchen. The way my cabinet doors are made inhibits me from using those inside door wooden spice racks. IDK....
Light and heat are spices worst enemies, best place is in a closed pantry. Spices also lose potency and flavor after a year so sometimes buying big containers of spices really isn't a good idea.
