I got a new Windows 7 laptop and installed Office 2007 Professional on it. I was setting up Outlook 2007 with 3 accounts: 1 Exchange, 1 Gmail(POP3) and 1 Comcast (POP3).

My Phone, iPad and iPod Touch are all setup only with the exchange account. I must have clicked "OK" to something I shouldn't have during the setup process, as all my "iDevices" are getting the Comcast and Gmail mail thru the Exchange account. Now, whenever I open Outlook on this laptop to check email, my phone starts beeping like crazy with new mail. It's as if Outlook is forwarding/syncing all my Comcast/Gmail mail to the Exchange account. Is there an easy way to fix this?

Are you getting duplicates on your phone? When I first got a smart phone and connected it to an exchange server, it would receive duplicates while outlook was connected.

It's not exactly duplicates. Basically I have accounts A, B and C setup on Outlook, but only account A setup on my phone. After setting up all 3 accounts in Outlook I am somehow getting emails from accounts B and C on my phone as well. I don't get emails from B&C on my phone until I open Outlook on my computer, so that makes me think Outlook itself is doing something. I will try deleting the Exchange account on my devices and report back.

I ended up deleting all the accounts in Outlook and starting over. After adding them all back it seems to have fixed the problem!
