This sounds like regular sealant to me.

Is this the stuff which settles to the bottom of a warm/hot tire and causes imbalance (until it heats up, softens and redistributes)?

its a type of sealant that is being put inside of the their,its new to me.
my doubt is if its actually works why not all the jeep guys use it.
probably doesn't work too well.
