Repsol Elite Multivalvulas 10W-40

Yesterday i was at Norauto, one of the biggest car parts story type shops we have in Spain, and i saw they have Repsol Elite Multivalvulas 10W-40 for only 24.00€ / 5L

This seems like an excellent deal for a Full synthetic 10W-40 that meets SN/CF, A3/B4 etc.

What type of base stock or combination is this oil made of?

Its "synthetic based"......so XHVI base....semisyn....like shell helix hx7 10w40...

I think the older version was Semi-Syn
However the current says Fully Synthetic right on the bottle

I don't understand why blenders and manufacturers can't list approvals correctly on their PDS or the container. It does appear to have actual 229.3 approval but it is worded improperly.
