Red N' Tacky for Trailer Wheel Bearings?

GC-LB is specifically for rolling bearings.....Red'n'tacky has it on the tube.....like mobil1 and many others.......

So an update:

No issues with the Red N' Tacky. Have had two 500 mile round trips loaded up, 250 miles straight at 70MPH. Bearings stayed nice and cool the entire time. Those little 13s are spinning about 950RPM going 70 with a load. Pretty impressed!

I had Red N Tacky seperate in the tube on me. Also it turns a thin black mess in Ujoints. This is out of my knowledge base to judge I admit, but the stuff scared me away.

Except for chainsaw bars, I'm not a big fan of tacified lubricants. For wet applications, I use a #1 calcium sulfonate GC-LB such as Petro-Can OG.

Yeah … just pulled the boat an hour each way … hubs were cool.
Pumped about 3 ounces RnT in each side in the morning …
(displacement of old grease) … no runs, no drips, no water …
