Post your latest oil purchase or even filter.

Fram Titanium. My daughter purchased it for the Renegade. She didn't feel like going to Walmart. FS10060.

I do like the fact they covered the entire thing with the grip material. The fit/finish is excellent on it and no burrs in the threads or holes.

Planned OCI: OLM will decide. The light came on this time at about 10,100 miles.

Make up oil over the 10k run was about 1.5 quarts. Not bad with the 2.4 Multiair. They are known for their drinking problem.

Bought a jug of Canadian Tire Motomaster conventional 5W-30 yesterday on sale for $12.99. Not for a specific OC; but just to have a general top-off oil for my car and my wife's, as we are both starting to drive a lot more.

Bought a final 6 quarts of Shell Rotella Gas Truck 0W-20 at $2.49 each with a 20% discount at Advance Auto Parts. Also picked up four 12 oz. bottles of Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner at $4.49 each.

Supertech 5W-20 Conventional High Mileage in the (surprising) new API SP/GF6A grade.

Motorcraft FL-820S filter.

For my mom's Ford Five Hundred. The SN rated ST High Mileage Conventional I have in it actually has cut oil consumption down considerably vs Motorcraft 5w-20 synthetic blend. Checking at 2800 miles in, it's half a quart down, Motorcraft would be a whole quart and still drop another quart by the time I changed it at 5K. Very impressed at this cheap oil.

Wrong thread :)

Last October (last time I bought oil) I purchased three 5 quart containers of Havoline Conventional 5w30 on closeout at a Menards for $12.99 each. With the 11% off rebate and $5 per container Chevron rebate, the net cost came out to be $22.35 (or $1.49 per quart).

Two quarts of Super Tech SAE 30 non-detergent oil for my stash. I'll use it to service my power washer pump for the next few years.
