Nice to see Pennzoil has had rebates in Canada for years now. For this reason, synthetic oil is generally cheaper the semi-synthetic. Some other brands exclude Puerto Rico and Canada from their offers.

One way to check for rebates available in Canada is to enter the Pennzoil portal through www.Pennzoil.ca .
